Bookings
The Bookings module is the center for managing all bookings in the system. You can create, edit, cancel, and view all bookings here.
Module Purpose
The Bookings module allows comprehensive management of all bookings. You can view history, manage current bookings, and plan future appointments.
Available Actions
Creating Bookings
Create a new booking by selecting a service, date, time, staff, and resources. You can also assign the booking to an existing customer or create a new one.
Editing Bookings
Edit existing bookings by changing the date, time, service, or other details. Changes are automatically synchronized with the calendar.
Deleting Bookings
Delete a booking if it has been cancelled or is no longer needed. The system will automatically send a notification to the customer.
Filtering
Filter bookings by status, date, service, staff, or customer to quickly find the information you need.
Search
Use the search function to quickly find a specific booking by customer name, booking number, or other criteria.
Booking Statuses
Pending
The booking has been created but not yet confirmed. It requires approval.
Confirmed
The booking has been confirmed and is active. The customer has received confirmation.
The booking has been cancelled. It can be restored or completely deleted.

- Regularly check bookings pending confirmation
