Resources
The Resources module allows you to manage physical resources such as rooms, equipment, or vehicles that are needed to provide services.
Module Purpose
The Resources module enables management of all physical resources needed to provide services. The system automatically checks resource availability when booking.
Adding Resources
Add new resources by defining name, description, and availability. You can also set quantity limits for each resource.
Availability
Manage resource availability by specifying when they are available and how many units are available at a given time.
Management
Assign resources to specific services and bookings. The system automatically reserves resources when creating bookings.
Resource Examples
Resources can include:
- Treatment rooms or offices
- Specialized equipment
- Service vehicles
- Other physical items needed to provide services
