These Terms of Service govern the use of the Rezerwator.pro platform, available at rezerwator.pro. By using the Service, the user accepts all provisions of these Terms.

Service: The Rezerwator.pro platform and all features and tools available within the platform.

User: A natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality that uses the Service.

Account: A user account created within the Service, enabling access to platform features.

Content: Any data, information, texts, images, files, and other materials entered into the Service by the User.

By using the Service, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and accept all provisions of these Terms.

If the user acts on behalf of a company or other organization, they confirm that they have the authority to accept the Terms on behalf of that company or organization.

Acceptance of the Terms is a necessary condition for using the Service.

Rezerwator.pro is a platform for managing reservations and appointments for service businesses. We offer tools for managing reservations, customers, sending email and SMS notifications, generating invoices, creating public booking pages, and integrating with payment systems.

All prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT, if applicable.

To use the Service, the user must create an account by providing true, current, and complete information.

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials and for all activities conducted using their account.

The user agrees to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of their account or security breach.

One user may have only one account. Creating multiple accounts to bypass subscription plan limitations is prohibited.

The user agrees to use the Service only in a manner consistent with the law and these Terms. The following is prohibited:

• Using the Service for purposes that are illegal or violate the rights of third parties
• Transmitting, publishing, or sharing offensive, discriminatory, threatening content or content that violates good customs
• Attempts to hack, disrupt system operation, or breach Service security
• Using the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or conduct telemarketing activities
• Copying, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative versions of the Service without our consent
• Using automated tools (bots, scripts) for bulk use of the Service without our consent

Violation of the Service usage rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of the user's account without refund.

The Service is provided on a subscription model. Subscription fees are charged in advance according to the selected plan (monthly or annual).

All prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT, if applicable.

Payments are processed by external payment service providers. The user agrees to ensure valid and sufficient funds in their payment account.

In case of failed payment, access to the Service may be suspended until the outstanding amount is settled.

Order fulfillment time: Services are activated immediately after payment for the subscription. For monthly or annual subscriptions, platform access is granted for the duration of the subscription.

Returns policy:

In case of subscription cancellation, platform access remains active until the end of the paid billing period. Refunds for unused subscription periods are considered individually according to the conditions specified in the agreement.

Return period: 14 days from purchase date

All intellectual property rights to the Service, including software, user interface, logos, trademarks, and content, belong to us or our licensors.

The user receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for the purposes specified in the Terms.

The user retains ownership rights to Content entered into the Service, granting us a license to use that Content for the purpose of providing the Service.

By using the Service, the user accepts the terms of the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the Terms.

Privacy Policy

The user may terminate use of the Service at any time by canceling the subscription in the settings panel.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a user's account in case of violation of the Terms, non-payment of fees, or other important reasons.

In case of account termination by the user, access to the Service remains active until the end of the paid billing period.

After account termination, user data may be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy, unless legal regulations require longer retention.

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to the user shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by the user within 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by Polish law.

Any disputes arising from the Terms or related to the use of the Service will be resolved by competent Polish courts, unless legal provisions provide otherwise.

We reserve the right to modify the Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email or a message in the Service.

Continued use of the Service after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

If the user does not accept the changes, they should terminate use of the Service before the new terms take effect.

Service subscription is done through the pricing page available on the website.

The purchase confirmation button "order and pay" is located in the booking process after selecting a service, time, and filling in contact information.

If any provision of the Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and us regarding the use of the Service.
