Notifications
The Notifications module allows you to configure automatic email and SMS notifications sent to customers and staff.
Module Purpose
The Notifications module enables automatic sending of notifications about bookings, changes, and other important events.
Notification Types
Email
Email notifications automatically sent when creating, confirming, cancelling, or changing bookings.
SMS
SMS notifications sent to customers as reminders of upcoming bookings.
In-App Notifications
Notifications displayed directly in the admin panel for staff.
Configuration
To configure notifications:
- Go to Settings > Notifications section
- Select notification types you want to send
- Configure email and SMS message templates
